Taiwan bike makers get boost
While high oil prices might be hurting many businesses, Taiwan's bike industry is profiting. Shares in Taiwanese company, Giant Manufacturing, the world's leading bicycle manufacturer, hit a record high yesterday. The Taipei Times reports:

New cycling website
A new cycling website has just been launched. Cycle Taiwan is an English language portal for people in the bicycle industry and cyclists in Taiwan. It includes a discussion forum and you can add your own stories and photos. It looks like a great resource. Check it out at www.cycletaiwan.com.
