		<description>Those are some alarming figures.  Its a pity that despite the high levels of credential held by most Government officials and ministers, they are also guilty of higher levels of short-sightedness, stupidity, ignorance, greed &amp; selfishness and arrogance.</description>

Wu Yusheng, Ma&#039;s pet, is trying to help out developers that can&#039;t sell off a gigantic development in Danshui.  They are in really big trouble.  Says something when a Ma loyal legislator is so brazen and open about wanting something and so clear about why he wants it.  Unfortunately, this is about corruption more than it is about not caring about the environment.
