Portnoy interview at GVO
There is an excellent interview with Taiwan blogger Portnoy Zheng at Global Voices Online. Portnoy is one of Taiwan's leading bloggers who blogs in Chinese and occasionally in English. He was the inspiration behind Project Lingua at Global Voices, which translates articles into Chinese and other languages so they reach a wider audience. In the interview he has some interesting comments about connecting bloggers in Taiwan and China and the English-language and Chinese-language bloggers in Taiwan.
