Wow. That was a pretty quick update with a second set of links! The second from the bottom is great news, IMHO. I used to exercise regularly with a jump-rope outside my apartment when I lived in Guishan, and nearly every day somebody drove up and stopped right by me, and left the engine idling for 5 minutes or more.
