潘翰聲: should be Pan Hansheng. Or is he trying to go Wang Jianming on us?

For people’s names I usually follow the spelling they choose and use Hanyu Pinyin only if I am not sure what spelling they use.
Many Taiwanese use the n vs ng final inconsistently. Wang Chien-Ming is a famous example. Ang Lee is another.
